Football Recap: Fulton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Fulton extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to eight on Friday, dropping them down to 0-6. They took a blow against the Alcoa Tornadoes, falling 63-0. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 222nd, while the Tornadoes are ranked seventh).

Justin Burris threw for 56 yards while completing 85.7% of his passes. Rejuan Womble was his top target, picking up 29 receiving yards.

As for Alcoa, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 35 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Alcoa to victory, but perhaps none more so than Thomas Manu, who threw for 181 yards and three touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes. Condis Cherry was another key rusher, rushing for 101 yards and one TD on only five carries.
