Softball Recap: Pleasant Hill Has No Trouble Against Creswell

Pleasant Hill not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 8th (when they won 18-2). They were the clear victors by a 13-7 margin over the Creswell Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Billies: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in April, they had to take a 19-11 loss.

Pleasant Hill pushed their record up to 5-11 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Creswell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pleasant Hill is set to take on their familiar foe Harrisburg at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Creswell will square off against rival La Pine at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
