Softball Game Preview: Manheim Central Barons vs. Dover Eagles

The Manheim Central Barons will take on the Dover Eagles at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Manheim Central lost 11-1 to Red Land on Friday. The game marked the Barons' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Manheim Central saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emily Roeting, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, Dover came up short against Susquehannock on Friday and fell 5-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dover's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Manheim Central, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
