It was a good run, but Bainbridge unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They received a blow as they fell 57-41 to the Westover Patriots. The contest marked the Bearcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Westover was led to victory by Jalen Holmes and Bryson Carter. Holmes went 5 of 9 on his way to 15 points and three steals, while Carter went 6 for 12 on his way to 15 points and three steals. Carter is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mykell Hines, who posted six points and six rebounds.

Bainbridge's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Westover, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bainbridge will head out to take on Peach County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Bainbridge is facing Peach County at the right time seeing as Peach County is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Westover, they will take on Monroe at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Monroe's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight matchups.
