Softball Recap: Indian Hill Victorious

Indian Hill won the last time they faced Deer Park and things went their way on Monday too. The Braves came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 11-7. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Braves.

Landry Glenn was a standout: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged two or more in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Myriam Eilers-Corrales, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Indian Hill always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .586. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Indian Hill's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Deer Park, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Indian Hill will face off against Madeira at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Deer Park has already played their next contest (against Lockland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
