Who's up and who's down

There wasn't a ton of movement in the power rankings this week, but there was certainly enough to keep things interesting. The action included a dizzyingly high 115-point combined score from Pearl-Cohn and Cordova.

Can't Touch This

Pearl-Cohn got a 63 - 52 win over Cordova last week, and a key reason for the win was senior Xavier A. shepherd. A. shepherd rushed for 209 yards and three touchdowns. In fact, our algorithms singled out A. shepherd as one of the top players in the power rankings for the week.

The dubious honor of 'biggest faller' in the power rankings this week goes to Ravenwood, who dropped down four spots after its game against South Warren. Ravenwood wasn't able to get on the board against South Warren. The team fell 21 - 0. Ravenwood unfortunately couldn't repeat the imposing 41-point effort it came up with in its previous game.
