Volleyball Recap: South Plantation's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

It was a good run, but South Plantation unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 3-1 to the South Broward Bulldogs. The Paladins were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-13, 21-25, 25-21.

Nathan Harbin paced South Plantation's offense, picking up 13 kills. Harbin were helped by Alex Cruz and Leandro Bezerra, who contributed ten assists each. Bezerra was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

South Plantation's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for South Broward, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-7.

South Plantation wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Coconut Creek on the 4th. As for South Broward, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Fort Lauderdale on the 4th.
