Volleyball Recap: Fowler Comes Up Short

Fowler lost against Ubly on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell 2-0 to the Bearcats.

Ubly can attribute much of their success to Suzanne Smigielski, who had nine digs and two assists.

Fowler's defeat dropped their record down to 12-5-1. As for Ubly, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2-2 record this season.

Fowler has already played their next contest (against St. Patrick), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Ubly, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Lenawee Christian on the 20th.
