Basketball Recap: Emmaus' Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Emmaus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the William Allen Canaries, falling 78-52. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Hornets have suffered since February 2nd.

Emmaus' defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 0-4. As for William Allen, their win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-2.

Emmaus will face off against East Stroudsburg North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for William Allen, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Lincoln Leadership Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lincoln Leadership Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something William Allen surely won't give up without a fight.
