Basketball Recap: Pasadena Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Pasadena and Rosary Academy squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Pasadena had to settle for second. They came up short against the Rosary Academy Royals, falling 62-41. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since December 11, 2024.

Pasadena has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season. As for Rosary Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-13.

Pasadena does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rosary Academy, they will challenge La Canada at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. La Canada will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Rosary Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
