Softball Recap: Cameron County Takes a Loss

Cameron County lost to Otto-Eldred back in May of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Raiders lost 17-2 to the Terrors. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cameron County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Otto-Eldred, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Cameron County will square off against Smethport at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Hubbers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.75 runs per game on average), something the Raiders will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Otto-Eldred, they will challenge Galeton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
