D'Arbonne Woods waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Franklin Parish Patriots with a sharp 11-4 win. Considering D'Arbonne Woods has won 17 matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Aubrey Zachary spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on 11 hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up a single walk in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Joley Bennett was a standout: she went 2-for-5 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. She is on a roll when it comes to RBI, as she's now brought in three or more in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Chloe Edwards, who scored three runs while going 3-for-5.

D'Arbonne Woods' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-6. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for Franklin Parish, they moved to 13-10 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

As of now, neither D'Arbonne Woods nor Franklin Parish have any future games scheduled.
