Basketball Recap: Chestatee Snags Sixth Victory in Last Seven Games

Chestatee's tournament run continued when they took on Hickman County on Saturday. The Chestatee War Eagles secured a 61-56 W over the Hickman County Bulldogs.

Chestatee has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.1 points per game. As for Hickman County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.

Chestatee will host Dawson County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hickman County, they will venture away from home to square off against Santa Fe at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
