Volleyball Recap: Chandler Wins High-Profile Contest Against Mountain View

Chandler faced Mountain View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Wolves put the hurt on the Toros with a sharp 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Wolves sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Chandler was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-23, 28-26, 25-15.

Ethan Dye paced Chandler's offense, picking up 22 kills. Dye got some help from Carter DiMickele and his 36 assists.

Despite the loss, Mountain View still got an impressive performance from Brody Bingham, who had 12 digs and two aces.

Chandler's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-9-1. As for Mountain View, their loss dropped their record down to 15-14-2.

Chandler has already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Hamilton on the 11th. As for Mountain View, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Higley on the 10th.
