Opp proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by ten) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Headland Rams 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Bobcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Rylie Kate Thrash was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one home run.

Opp was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .385. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Headland only posted a batting average of .167.

Opp's victory bumped their record up to 19-8. As for Headland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-9.

Opp didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-2 win against Carroll on the 8th. As for Headland, they have also already played their next matchup, a 14-5 defeat against Dothan on the 8th.
