Basketball Recap: Worthington Christian Wins Going Away Against Franklin Heights

Worthington Christian won the last time they faced Franklin Heights and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Worthington Christian Warriors enjoyed a cozy 39-25 win over the Franklin Heights Falcons.

Franklin Heights lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Kelia Wilson, who posted six points along with seven boards and four steals. Another player making a difference was Riley Hambel, who had two points and five steals.

Worthington Christian's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Franklin Heights, they dropped their record down to 5-13 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Worthington Christian will face off against Mechanicsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
