Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Davis Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Fullerton

Centura won the last time they faced Fullerton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Centurions walked away with a 2-0 win over the Warriors.

Centura's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kennedy Davis, who had seven kills and four blocks. Those four blocks gave Davis a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Belle Taukiuvea, who had 18 assists.

Centura's victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Fullerton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season.

Centura wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against West Holt on the 11th. As for Fullerton, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against South Loup on the 11th.
