Volleyball Recap: Pryor Falls to Claremore in First Game of Season

Pryor unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Claremore Zebras on Tuesday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Zebras recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

While Pryor was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-14, 25-20.

The victory got Claremore back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Pryor will square off against Locust Grove at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Claremore, they will welcome Sapulpa at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
