Basketball Recap: South Milwaukee Comes Up Short

South Milwaukee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were dealt a 74-42 loss at the hands of the Milwaukee Lutheran Red Knights. The Rockets were probably out for revenge after losing 51-38 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

South Milwaukee's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Milwaukee Lutheran, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Milwaukee has already played their next match (against West Allis Hale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Milwaukee Lutheran has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Greenfield.
