O'Connor's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past the Brennan Bears 3-0. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

O'Connor didn't let Brennan take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-23, 26-24.

Jaylyn Tuiasosopo paced O'Connor's offense, picking up 21 kills. Tuiasosopo got some help from Olivia Pena and her 39 assists. Tuiasosopo also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Jocelyn Joyner, racking up two apiece.

Khloe Cisneros and Aviana Contreras certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Cisneros had ten digs and three aces, while Contreras had 16 assists and 12 digs.

O'Connor's win bumped their record up to 24-5. As for Brennan, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-11.

O'Connor didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Davenport on the 9th. As for Brennan, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Marshall on the 9th.
