Softball Recap: Lovelady Comes Up Short

Lovelady has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 2.55 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Monday. They came up short against the Groveton Indians, falling 10-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Lions haven't been shut out since back in March.

With the loss, Lovelady broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-6. As for Groveton, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-5-1.
