Baseball Recap: Mulberry Grove Takes a Loss

Mulberry Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats, falling 16-1. The Aces were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bobcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Mulberry Grove's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, their record is now 6-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mulberry Grove will face off against Neoga at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, they will take on Martinsville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
