Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against The Pinnacle Timberwolves, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Timberwolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 two weeks ago.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for The Pinnacle, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-12 record this season.

Jefferson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Sheridan on the 25th. As for The Pinnacle, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Fort Lupton on the 18th.
