Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against The Pinnacle Timberwolves, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Timberwolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 two weeks ago.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for The Pinnacle, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-12 record this season.

Jefferson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for The Pinnacle, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Fort Lupton at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
