Volleyball Recap: Webster Groves Victorious

Webster Groves posted their closest victory since August 30th on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the St. Joseph's Academy Angels 2-1.

Despite the loss, St. Joseph's Academy still got an impressive performance from Lily Grothe, who had 14 digs and four assists.

Webster Groves' win bumped their record up to 9-11-1. As for St. Joseph's Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 15-8-1.

Webster Groves didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Jackson on the 27th. As for St. Joseph's Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Incarnate Word Academy on the 29th.
