            Chanute Christian came into Thursday's   contest looking for another win against Newton HomeSchool, but  Rachel Graham wouldn't allow it. The Newton HomeSchool Panthers claimed a resounding  41-13 win over Chanute Christian thanks in part to  Graham, who  posted 15  points and five  steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which  she has scored at least a third of Newton HomeSchool's points.

 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Newton HomeSchool and Smoky Valley Home Educators will dust off their jerseys to  square off against  one another  at 6:30  p.m.  on January 3, 2025. Smoky Valley Home Educators' defense has only allowed 29.1  points per game  this season, so Newton HomeSchool's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Chanute Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the  defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on El Dorado Christian at 6:00  p.m.  on January 17, 2025.
