Although plenty of change can occur over the next three days, here are Tom Lemming's current Top 10 recruiting classes.

Not surprisingly, Alabama boasts the nation's top recruiting class. The Crimson Tide has reeled in four five-star recruits, with the possibility of adding at least one more.

The team Alabama defeated in the National Championship, Notre Dame, checks in at No. 2 thanks to a class deep at linebacker and running back.

Florida, with the nation's top cornerback in Vernon Hargreaves III, is No. 3.

Noticeably absent is Ole Miss, which recently landed top wideout Laquon Treadwell. The Rebels could close with a historic finish, potentially landing the nation's top recruit Robert Nkemdiche, top lineman Laremy Tunsil and No. 2 overall recruit Chris Jones.

For comparison's sake, team rankings from 247Sports are also provided.

Tom Lemming's Top 10 Recruiting Classes

1. Alabama
Number of commitments: 22
Top recruit: Jonathan Allen
247 Team Ranking: No. 1
Video and photos of Alabama's class
Analysis: Might this class rival the storied class of 2008? It's looking more like that, as Reuben Foster committed to the Crimson Tide on Monday night. If things break in Alabama's favor with Eddie Vanderdoes, Alvin Kamara and A'Shawn Robinson, it certainly could. With Altee Tenpenny, Tyren Jones and Derrick Henry, the class is especially deep at running back. Robinson and/or Vanderdoes would give the Crimson Tide the type of defensive lineman that could be a difference-maker.

2. Notre Dame
Number of commitments: 23
Top recruit: Jaylon Smith
247 Team Ranking: 5

Analysis: Despite the defection of five-star talent Alex Anzalone, linebackers are the strength of this class, led by Smith and Doug Randolph. This class is also deep in offensive linemen and, with Greg Bryant and Tarean Folston, has one of the top running back duos in the Class of 2013.

3. Florida

Number of commitments: 25
Top recruit: Vernon Hargreaves III
247 Team Ranking: 3
Video and photos of Florida's class
Analysis: This class boasts one of the nation's premier defensive players in Hargreaves but has plenty of offensive firepower in Kelvin Taylor, Ahmad Fulwood and Adam Lane. Late additions of Alex Anzalone and Demarcus Robinson provided this class a boost.

4. Ohio State
Number of commitments: 23
Top recruit: Eli Apple
247 Team Ranking: 2

Analysis: Urban Meyer certainly takes a national approach to recruiting: he's landed key recruits from Texas, Florida and California. The team's secondary haul is top-notch. The Buckeyes remain in the hunt for Texas speedster Dontre Wilson.

5. Michigan
Number of commitments: 27
Top recruit: David Dawson
247 Team Ranking: 4
Video and photos of Michigan's class
Analysis: This class started off extremely well, and the Wolverines have hung on for a Top 5 class. Quarterback Shane Morris is promising. Despite missing on some key offensive targets, landing running back Derrick Green gives this class a premier back. A sterling haul of offensive linemen is also key to this class.

6. LSU

Number of commitments: 28
Top recruit: Tre'Davious White
247 Team Ranking: 7
Video and photos of LSU's class
Analysis: This is a diverse class, with difference-makers at nearly every defensive position. Ethan Pocic was a big out of state pull on the offensive line, while Les Miles and staff ventured all the way to Southern California to pull signal-caller Hayden Rettig.

7. USC
Number of commitments: 14
Top recruit: Kenny Bigelow
247 Team Ranking: 6

Analysis: This class has taken some hits due to recent defections, but, all things considered, it's still a strong haul for Lane Kiffin. Landing Eddie Vanderdoes, once a Trojan commit, would close this class on a high note.

8. Texas A&M
Number of commitments: 32
Top recruit: Ricky Seals-Jones
247 Team Ranking: 8
Analysis: This class has an SEC vibe, both in its size and its talent. In Derrick Griffin and Ricky Seals-Jones, the Aggies get two receivers who can step in right away and be additional weapons for Johnny Manziel. Isaiah Golden and Justin Manning form a duo of outstanding defensive tackles.

9. Georgia
Number of commitments: 30
Top recruit: Brice Ramsey
247 Team Ranking: 9
Analysis: This is a solid class that might be more remembered for its misses. Derrick Henry decommitted, Laremy Tunsil appears to be heading to Ole Miss and the nation's No. 1 recruit, Robert Nkemdiche, never really appeared to consider the Bulldogs. Still, with the likes of Ramsey, Tray Matthews and Tramel Terry, there is some elite talent in the fold. Montravius Adams is still a possibility.

10. Washington/UCLA (Tied)

Analysis: Two Pac-12 teams share the No. 10 spot, Washington and UCLA. Keep an eye on Ole Miss, which will vie for this spot (and potentially much higher ones) on National Signing Day.
