Desmond Cox posted a new career-high in defended passes on Friday. He picked up a sack, forced two fumbles, and made 14 total tackles. He is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made nine or more in each of the last six games he's played dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Cox and Red Oak will head out on the road to take on Seguin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cox had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their game back in September of 2024 50-14.
