Stanton won the last time they faced Humphrey-Lindsay and things went their way on Thursday too. The Mustangs came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Stanton was: they took both sets by at least 14 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-11.

Bridget Marotz paced Stanton's offense, picking up 15 kills. Marotz got some help from Bergan Pohlman and her 31 assists.

Stanton's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Humphrey-Lindsay, they moved to 9-10 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Looking ahead, Stanton will take on Tekamah-Herman at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Humphrey-Lindsay, they are taking a road trip to challenge Pender on Tuesday.
