Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Xu Li and Devin Zuno Lead Kelly to Victory

Kelly won against ACERO Garcia last Wednesday with 51 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Trojans walked away with a 51-43 victory over the Mansueto Leopards. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 60-52 win the Leopards walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Kelly was led to victory by Devin Zuno and Xu Li. Zuno shot 44% from the field en route to 18 points and three steals, while Li posted 11 points and seven boards. That's the most steals Zuno has posted since back in January. Armani Rubio was another key player, putting up 12 points and eight rebounds.

The victory got Kelly back to even at 2-2. As for Mansueto, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Kelly and Mansueto will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Trojans will face off against rival Kennedy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mansueto is set to challenge their familiar foe Muchin College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
