Soccer Recap: Bradshaw Mountain's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Friday

After flying high against Mohave last Wednesday, Bradshaw Mountain came back down to earth. The Bradshaw Mountain Bears lost 5-0 to the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs on Friday. The Bears were red-hot offensively headed into the game (they scored no less than four goals in the four matches prior) but the Mustangs' defense proved too tough.

With the loss, Bradshaw Mountain broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-3-1. As for Sunrise Mountain, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-2-1.

Bradshaw Mountain didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against Coconino on the 27th. As for Sunrise Mountain, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, an 8-0 victory against Desert Edge on the 27th.
