Volleyball Recap: Southwest Comes Up Short at Home Against Boerne-Champion

Southwest unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Boerne-Champion Chargers on Tuesday. The Dragons have struggled against the Chargers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Southwest took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-20, 26-24.

Looking ahead, Southwest will square off against Brennan at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Boerne-Champion, they will be taking part in a tournament against Cooper at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
