Basketball Recap: Advanced Tech Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Hazel Park last Thursday, Advanced Tech Academy came back down to earth. The Lakers fell just short of the Redford Union Panthers by a score of 52-49 on Tuesday.

Advanced Tech Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Redford Union, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Advanced Tech Academy will host Taylor Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Redford Union, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Edison Academy at 7:00 p.m.
