After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Levelland, Muleshoe was happy to have turned things around  on Thursday. They were the clear victor by  a  16-1 margin over the Post Antelopes. The Mules might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by 12  runs or more this season.
 Adalie Agundis made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out six over four innings pitched. What's more,  she gave up only zero  walks, the fewest she's  had since back in April of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs while going 3-for-3.
 In other batting news, Muleshoe got a  massive  performance out of  Melanie Martens, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, five  RBI,  and two  runs.  Isabela Elizalde was another key player,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI.
 Muleshoe  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. They are  a perfect 6-0 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
Muleshoe's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Post,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at four games  and leaves them with a 4-5 record.
 Muleshoe didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  9-6  defeat against Floydada on the 27th. As for Post, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  contest,  a  6-0  loss against Stamford on the 27th.
