Soccer Game Preview: Annenberg vs. Arleta

The Annenberg Panthers will face off against the Arleta Mustangs at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

While Annenberg's victory against Downtown Magnets wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers beat the Suns by a goal, winning 2-1.

Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Arleta rose to the challenge on Thursday. They never let the Monarchs get on the board and left with a 1-0 win.

Annenberg has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6-2 record this season. As for Arleta, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9-5.
