Grace Christian Academy came up short against HCYA on Friday, falling 3-0. Considering the last time the Eagles couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, Angleton Christian had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Rays as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Angleton Christian took every set by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Grace Christian Academy dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Angleton Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.
