Basketball Recap: Coby Glaze's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Victory Christian Academy over Heritage Christian

Victory Christian Academy was the 77-48 winner over Heritage Christian when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Victory Christian Academy Patriots fell to the Heritage Christian Eagles 62-57. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (56), the Patriots still had to take the loss.

Several Patriots players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Coby Glaze, who posted 15 points. Another player making a difference was Elijah Poston, who put up 17 points.

Victory Christian Academy dropped their record down to 5-8 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Heritage Christian, with the win, they broke their eight-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-8.

Victory Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Heritage Christian has already played their next contest (against UR Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
