Volleyball Recap: Finneytown Comes Up Short

Finneytown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Taylor Yellowjackets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Yellowjackets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Finneytown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Taylor, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 20-2.

Looking ahead, Finneytown will take on Reading in a tournament on Wednesday. As for Taylor, after both having extra time off, they and Roger Bacon will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 2:00 p.m. on the 18th.
