Basketball Game Preview: Fort Osage Indians vs. Grain Valley Eagles

Fort Osage is 1-9 against Grain Valley since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Fort Osage Indians will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Grain Valley Eagles at 7:00 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Fort Osage lost to Belton on the road by a 69-55 margin.

Meanwhile, Grain Valley came into Tuesday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They strolled past Chrisman with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 53-38.

Fort Osage's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Grain Valley, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Things could have been worse for Fort Osage, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 67-48 loss to Grain Valley in their previous meeting back in January.
