Last Tuesday, Tom Bean strolled past Bland with points to spare, taking the game 56-40.

Tom Bean found their leader in underclassman Dyson Farris, who scored 21 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Farris has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Branson Ashlock, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and four blocks.

Meanwhile, in a tight matchup that could have gone either way, Collinsville made off with a 52-51 victory over Alvord. The victory was just what Collinsville needed coming off of a 62-35 loss in their prior contest.

It was another big night for Carter Scott, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 25 rebounds. He hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for ten straight games. Another player making a difference was Landon Carpenter, who scored six points along with eight assists and five rebounds.

Tom Bean has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 24-12 record this season. As for Collinsville, the win got them back to even at 12-12.
