It was a good run, but San Fernando unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Moorpark Musketeers. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Tigers couldn't push the score so high this time.

San Fernando's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Moorpark, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3.

Coming up, San Fernando will welcome Glendora at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tartans will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Moorpark, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Simi Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Musketeers 3, the Pioneers 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned.
