Whitman extended their home winning streak to six games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Will Shapiro. The Vikings came out on top against the Kennedy Cavaliers by a score of 55-47 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Shapiro, who went 6-for-8 en route to 19 points and three steals. He is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Whitman's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Kennedy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Whitman will take on Bethesda-Chevy Chase in a holiday battle at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. The contest will give the Vikings their first taste of in-conference action this season. Kennedy has already played their next matchup (against Churchill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
