Miller Grove kept a clean sheet against Columbia on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Columbia Eagles 1-0. While the Wolverines didn't have the best season last year (they finished 0-11), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Miller Grove is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for Columbia and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miller Grove will host Salem at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Columbia will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on South Atlanta at 5:30 p.m. on March 25th.
