Baseball Recap: Chugiak Falls Short Against Ranked Dimond

Chugiak faced Dimond in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Mustangs lost 10-2 to the Lynx. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lynx earlier this season, when they won 7-6.

This is the second loss in a row for Chugiak and nudges their season record down to 9-11. As for Dimond, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-7-2.

Chugiak does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dimond, they have already played their next game, a 10-1 loss against Service on the 29th.
