Baseball Recap: Notre Dame Comes Up Short

Manchester hit Notre Dame with a five-run fifth inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Titans took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greyhounds. Bryce McGraw made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Notre Dame: the team is 6-1 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 6-10 otherwise.
