Volleyball Recap: Liberty Snags Fifth Victory in Last Six Games

Fans were treated to a battle of the Lions on Saturday. Liberty walked away with a 2-0 win over Galileo. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Saturday.

Liberty is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Galileo, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-9.

Liberty didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Vanden on the 12th. As for Galileo, they are taking a road trip to challenge Lowell at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
