Jamin Patterson put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Thursday. He struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Bear Creek: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-13 otherwise.
