Volleyball Recap: Luxemburg-Casco Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Luxemburg-Casco lost against Neenah back in September of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Spartans fell 2-0 to the Rockets.

While Luxemburg-Casco ultimately came up short, they really made Neenah work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-21.

When it comes to explaining why Luxemburg-Casco lost, don't look at Alayna Deprez. Despite the final result, she had 20 assists and seven digs. Deprez is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last 28 games she's played dating back to last season.

Neenah's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sena Messner, who had 11 assists and four digs.
