Softball Recap: Gonzales Takes a Loss

Gonzales suffered their biggest loss since March 11th on Tuesday. They came up short against the La Vernia Bears, falling 15-2. The Apaches were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bears earlier this season, when they won 9-6.

This is the second loss in a row for Gonzales and nudges their season record down to 9-11. As for La Vernia, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-7.

As of now, neither Gonzales nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
