            Basketball Recap: West Clermont Wolves vs. Anderson Raptors        
        
		
        
        
            West Clermont was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight  loss. They received a  blow  as they fell  67-52 to the Anderson Raptors. The Wolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raptors earlier this season, when they won  56-52.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Anderson to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Trace Jallick, who  posted 22  points along with seven  assists and five  boards. That's the most points  Jallick has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Toby Strausbaugh, who  dropped  a double-double on 15  points and ten  rebounds.
West Clermont's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Anderson, their win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 5-11.
 Coming up, West Clermont will face off against Winton Woods at 7:30  p.m.  on Monday. One thing working in Winton Woods' favor is that they have posted at least 55  points  in their last six games. As for Anderson, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  55-39  loss against Archbishop McNicholas on the 8th.
